She is also one of the five women on the U.S. Women’s soccer team who filed a complaint demanding equal pay for equal play for female athletes. Morgan plays for Orlando Pride when the national team isn’t dominating the game, and her husband, Major League player Servando Carrasco, plays for Orlando City. U.S. Soccer forward Alex Morgan already has a FIFA World Cup championship and a gold medal from the London Olympics to power her to the 2016 Games in Rio de Janiero.
